“Crosstex Ultra GauzeTM Gauze are non-sterile and are made from the same material as J&J NuGauze – the leading non woven sponge sold throughout the healthcare industry. They are more absorbent than traditional swabs and are ideal for many applications in all healthcare settings. The exclusive 70/30 rayon/polyester formed non woven material provides more absorbency than traditional sponges. These multi-purpose and easy to use swabs are extremely cost effective and can be used for cleaning, prepping and placement on incision/extraction sites. They produce little or no lint and maintain their shape and texture during use, as opposed to traditional all-gauze or cotton-filled swabs.”
